In a ceremony held on Thursday, celebrated Ugandan songstress Juliana Kanyomozi was awarded an honorary accolade in recognition of her contributions to Uganda’s music trade.
The award, a Certificates in Music, was accorded to her by the Mariam Ndagire Movie and Performing Arts Centre (MNFPAC).
The MNFPAC is an establishment devoted to nurturing rising filmmakers and offering mentorship to aspiring filmmakers and youth in Uganda. It presents coaching in varied points of movie manufacturing, together with screenwriting, directing, producing, cinematography, enhancing, sound recording, and appearing.
Juliana obtained her certificates throughout the institute’s third commencement ceremony. Founder Mariam Ndagire emphasised that this honor was lengthy overdue, praising Juliana for her distinctive expertise.
In her acceptance speech, Juliana expressed her gratitude to Mrs. Ndagire and MNFPAC for recognizing her efforts.
