Uganda’s proficient Hypers Youngsters Africa dance group has shared their unforgettable expertise acting on stage in the USA alongside international stars Akon, Burna Boy, and comic Kevin Hart.
For these younger dancers, stepping onto a world platform with such famend icons was a dream come true.
Recalling the second, Kapilipiti, one of many dancers expressed how surreal it felt to share the stage with Akon.
We couldn’t imagine we had been performing with Akon within the USA. It was wonderful, and we felt like we had been representing Uganda in a giant manner.
However the surprises didn’t finish there. Burna Boy, the Grammy-winning Nigerian star, personally requested to fulfill the Hypers Youngsters, making the expertise much more particular for the group.
Burna Boy needed to fulfill us and speak to us. We had been excited and a bit nervous, however he made us really feel comfy. After chatting, he even requested for an image with us!
Assembly Kevin Hart was one other spotlight of the journey. Though they solely had a short second with the comic, the Hypers Youngsters recalled how pleasant and inspiring he was.
