2. Description of Service

TuneSpotlight is an online platform that provides an opportunity for music artists to showcase their songs in live showcase events ("Service"). Users can watch these events, interact (chat, reactions), and rate the productions.

3. Rewards Program

Feedback Reward: Listeners who join 10 live showcases and provide real, constructive feedback will receive a $10 reward. This offer is limited to the first 200 listeners who meet the criteria.

4. Use of Service

The use of the Service is free, but may require registration or providing certain data (e.g., applying as an artist). The User is obliged to provide real data.

It is prohibited to use the Service for illegal purposes, to infringe on the rights of others, or to disrupt the operation of the system.

5. Intellectual Property and Artist Content

All content appearing on the website (text, graphics, logos, software) is the intellectual property of the Service Provider or its partners and is protected by copyright. The copyright of the music played at showcase events belongs to the respective artists.

Artist Submissions: By uploading your track for a Showcase, you explicitly consent and grant TuneSpotlight a limited, non-exclusive license to broadcast your music exactly once during the live showcase event at the specific date and time selected by you. We guarantee that your uploaded audio files will not be used for any other purpose, will not be distributed to third parties, and will not be used for commercial purposes outside of the scheduled broadcast. The uploaded audio file will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately after its one-time scheduled broadcast.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider does everything to ensure the smooth operation of the Service but assumes no responsibility for any technical errors, outages, or data loss. Everyone uses the Service at their own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and the use of the Service are governed by Hungarian law. In case of disputes, the parties will strive for an amicable settlement.
